We accept eligible returns or exchanges within 7-10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Hair that has been installed, cut, dyed, bleached, or chemically processed is not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
